Just arrived for a week at Hither Hills State Park in Montauk, NY. Hither Hills is located on the ocean at the eastern end of Long Island.
Sorry, I couldn't get the photo to upload.

Shady Grove Campground Lake Lanier Georgia, pulled in Fraday staying for ten days. Lots of storms last night and today it's cloudy, cool and the wind off the Lake makes it feel we're camping on some Scottish loch! Saw lots of Jaycos this weekend and I was wondering if any other members might be here?

How's the access to the lake for fishing mothernaturesson? We live in Dallas and that is a prerequisite for us. Went to West Point a few weeks back and it was great, Carters Lake not so much

I haven't heard of any boat ramps closing but Lake is down 10-15 feet or so. Lots of cover that you could fish from the bank is high and dry but we've seen it worse. Hopefully this weeks rain will help.

We're at Steamboat Rock State Park by Banks Lake in eastern WA this w/e. The lake shot was from a short walk to the other side of the ring from our site. The Wild Turkey and babies were taken from my chair under the awning. We also had deer just off the back of site late in the evening - too dark to get a decent pic though...

Not too exciting, but it's what it is. Smith Falls State Park, NE. The grass sites were nice - no gravel to trick into the TT.
