During a recent trip to the local Jayco dealership, which is down to only 23 new units on the lot, the owner told me the factory has 100s of units lined up ready to be finished missing small bits and pieces to be completed.

Wouldn't doubt it since there is now a "mad rush" for RV's. I heard that Airxcel (COLEMAN) can't keep up with demand for air conditioners.
So many factors affecting manufacturing. Some are just trying to catch up. Many can't scale to the same output due to restrictions on distancing, shifts, etc. There are some that just don't know what their demand really is...they're not going to build out new lines or buy machinery if this is just a blip on the radar. I had planned on getting a new TV this year. I literally wrote a deposit check to place a factory order the day before Ford shut down. Now I'm reading on the Ford forums that orders placed in February still haven't been built. Lucky for me, I expanded my search for dealer stock and found just what I wanted about 3 hours from home.
