Awning leak?

Brand new unit. Working on putting everything back in its place.
I’ve got the slides and awning out to test for leaks since it is pouring.
I’ve noticed water is running down the side of trailer behind brackets for the awning. Of course the leak is right above the outside kitchen so water is running down and over door hinge and leaking in the kitchen cubby.

Should there be caulk or such along the top of awning?

Yes. Run a bead of Dicor or silicon sealant along the top edge.

There should be a continuous bead of sealant along the roof edge and drip rail.

I looked today - there is none. I’ve got a project this weekend camping!
