I read that yesterday kind of funny when if anybody has been following the RV Wingman that Ole Marcus seams like they are going to "change" CW to Gander Outdoors and putting the preverbal flag pole where the sun don't shine to the people that have extended warranties and the people he bought out, the dealership owners receiving royalties from CW.

Its hard for me to sympathize with a company that sticks it to the consumer the way CW has.

I got a mass email yesterday asking me to sign a petition asking the City to let CW fly an American flag. Glad I didn't for now I find out that they are not preventing him from flying the flag just telling him not to fly one 3 times the size that they permitted!

That is called a holiday flag, and in his defense, he does fly it at every CW...I believe more to call attention to the business, rather than his extreme patriotism.

They said they did not want my business so why should I support them when they are having problems. They took over several dealers in this area and I hate even driving by them.

I don't know of many that will hookup power, water, and let you stay in your RV overnight while effecting repairs.

Waggs999....I wish he was guilty of extreme patriotism. In my simple mind, it is more of his marketing and advertising. I believe that his patriotism is counting his number of Franklins. It is all very self serving.

x2. Sounds like a publicity stunt. I haven't had a bad experience except I never got my free road atlas for signing up for insurance but I have a couple friends that did and they will never set foot there again. One friend has a verified complaint that I saw his emails to CW, his to the manufacture, and an email from the manufacture and their communication to CW. He had possession of the camper something like 3 out of 14 months and only 2 trips in that time. The other friend I only have 1 side of the story but based on the 1st I believe it also. 2 different locations. Not saying all are bad but similar stories on this and other forums.
