CPAP Testing

I won’t bore you with all the details but here are my test results using my cpap plugged into my wall outlet as opposed to using a 12v adapter plug hooked directly to my battery.

These results are using the airsense 10 with pressure setting of 6-8 with an average usage time of about 8.5 hours.

Plugged into wall.
Heated hose and humidity 18.3ah
Fan only 3.33ah

Using 12v adapter hooked directly to battery
Heated hose and humidity 14.3ah
Fan only ZERO AH USED

That’s right. My battery was showing 77.1ah when I went to bed and 77.1ah when I woke up when using the 12v plug without the heated hose and humidity.
