Solved my problem, silicone spray, if that doesn't work I'll replace both top and bottom hinge with regular hinges, problem solved😁.

UPDATE:
Since I siliconed the friction part of hinge all is working as it should. Now satisfied with the operation.
It was getting so bad the door wasn't closing properly, now it is.
Just need to give it a shot every now and then.
