Folding Table
Does anyone have a good folding table that is easy to store in their RV?
Our new trailer had beds for 9 and dining for 4. I am hoping to find a good little table that will fold flat, under the sofa or something. I am wondering what others are using?

I have a small 2x3 folding table that works great and stores behind my sofa when not in use. Have you check the online stores such as Tweetys or (gulp) Camping World? They are a pretty large selection of various tables.

Might be a bit big for inside the camper, but we bought either a Rubbermaid or Lifetime table from Lowes. It was about $35 and it folds in half. Probably 5' long when unfolded. The legs fold up and then the table folds in half as well. Fairly light and really stable when it is set up. We usually use ours outside, but I guess we could use it in front of our couch if we really needed to. With usually only 5 of us in our camper and having the U-Shaped dinette, it hasn't been needed so far.

I carry two of these that I got off Craigslist for $20 each. Folds to 24 x 24 yet will hold any weight you want to put on it.

If you can't find them on Craigslist, Walmart carries them but they are around $30. Costco also has a good strong 24x48" table from Lifetime for around the same price. Seems like it would fit well behind the sofa... at least it would in my 22FB.

I've also seen them at Wally World for one heck of a lot less than Camping World wants for something similar. The only downside is it may take a bit of creativity to find a place to stash them. Mayhap the back of a closet or under a bed?

I purchased one made by Coleman. It is in 2 sections so it can be used in different configurations. I payed under $45 dollars at a Colman tent sale at the outlets in Lake George, NY. The table is light weight and stores in my rear pass through compartment. The height of the table can also be adjusted- table height-coffee table height. So check out the Colman web site, they may be having a sale.

I have one of those at home that I bring out for parties when I have more people eating than my dining room table holds or sometimes to use as a buffet table to hold a lot of food at holidays. Great table, stores easily. Comes in handy.

We have some Lifetime tables. It can be stored under or on top of the bed or just flat on the floor. I usually carry it in the back of the truck. They will get a little sway backed if you leave too much weight on the center of them.

That looks like an excellent stowable table for an RV.

Exactly why I chose it. Fits great in the back compartment and love the adjustable height.

Have two of the liftetime "personals" work great. Also a 2'x4' lifetime for outside use. The two smaller fit under the sofa and the 2'x4' fits in the "garage" (my name for the Mega storage). All seem sturdy enough - no haven't used them as a ladder yet. But grandkids have used them extensively.

We found one at Sam's for around $35 that extends to I believe 5' and folds in half. Very sturdy and has adjustable legs as well. Come to think of it, we've yet to use it, but I'm sure it will come in handy one day. LOL

I have a 24" X 24" all aluminum table from Wally-World that folds virtually flat. I would post a picture but here at Ruby's Bryce Canyon the internet speed is r e a l l y s l o w.
