Fretz RV in PA

We just made a deal for our new Jay Flight 28 BHBE at Fretz RV in Souderton, PA. Our pickup is next Monday the 29th. Does anyone have experience or advice on taking delivery from this dealer? Thx!!

I got my 1st 5er there, a used Dutchmen. They were very nice and the saleman went theough all the operations of the camper. We actually looked at it a few weeks before we went back to pick it up because they put a axle flip kit on it and I needed to install a hitch in my truck. They were great to deal with. Paperwork was easy enough. Never went back for service because 1) We live too far away, 2) I do all my own work. But we did stop by there a few times on the way by because we go to Lancaster quite often. They had a 25.5RKS we were interesred in and looked at but we found the 28.5RKS at the same time and decided to go with the bigger unit. If not for that we woild have had 2 from Fretz.

We ultimately didn't buy from them (purchased a brand they didn't carry) but the salesperson we dealt with was very knowledgeable and courteous.

I bought my RV from them. I have no complaints and would buy from them again as well as recommend them to friends and family.

We bought our 17Z from them and we highly recommend them. The transaction was very pleasant.

I went there because I live 5 minutes from them, but they would not come down on their price. I got the unit I wanted, plus the optional 13,500 BTU a/c, plus brake controller plus sway controller from Keystone RV in Greencastle, PA for $1,000 less (not including the extra parts thrown in by the other dealer).

I will say the gentleman that helped me was nice, although his tact was a little lacking (giving me the "we won't service it if you don't buy from us" speech and the "that dealer will change the numbers on you when you get there" speech). Too bad though. I would have preferred to buy it in a place so close.

I hope you are enjoying your new Jayco. We have been going to Fretz for years. Bought our latest jayco from them and their service and parts depts are fantastic!! We traded in our old Jayco to them and when we needed servicing or had questions- they were fantastic and we had not purchased from them (yet). It was a no brainer when we were searching that we would go there.
Happy camping!
