We don't know yet. Purchase any trouble since is 3 years old so we are running on extended warranty if it will cover. If not we will apeal to Jayco to cover it, but have a feeling that won't be easy. You shouldn't have that trouble since yours is new and still under Jayco warranty.

Sorry that messed up. Ours is 3 years old so out of Jayco warranty officially. We are trying to use our extended warranty but don't know yet if they will cover. Tech said our work will be about $1500.

Well how about that? Small world! Good meeting and talking with you both yesterday and I wish you well in this matter with Jayco. As a recap, Jayco did not use Schwintek on the 13’ kitchen and 13’ dinette slides in our 2017 North Point 377RLBH. They only used them on the 6’ bunkhouse and queen master bed slides. They’ve performed flawlessly, going on 109 cycles.

Good! That's probably what saved you any trouble. OurvSchwintek slide on the bedroom has been fine, only the long one gave us the trouble. Good talking to you and your wife yesterday too! Really small world!!

My first 5th wheel was a used 1998 Nu-Wa HitchHiker II I bought in 2010. It was extremely well built and had great features that I would love to have in my new Jayco. They made really good trailers. But, they went out of business, I believe, in 2015. They made many innovations during their life (1964 -2015 I think) that are universally used in RV's today, slides, vacuum bonded fiberglass wall panels, and more. There is a great website (nuwaowners.org) that I am still a member of, they have great info. Kansas RV Center formerly Nu-Wa Industries is still in business and selling upscale 5th wheels.
