Humidity overnight

Just wondering how you guys deal with humidity at night time. It seems like if I don't leave a window open and/or the bathroom fan going, the windows get tons of condensation on them and the relative humidity is like 75% by the morning. The flip side is that it gets cold at night in the mountains and we need to keep some heat in, so leaving a window open lets quite a bit of heat out. Should I just deal with the heat loss and keep a window open and fan going?

We always keep a window cracked open and condensation is rarely a problem. I think condensation would be more of a problem with smaller trailers.

In our hybrid, I only have to unzip the side windows on the tent ends down about an inch to do the trick.

X2, but I also crack open the bathroom vent about a 1/2"

I have a Maxx-air vent cover over the bathroom vent and I haven't closed it in two years!
