Issues finding a microwave that fits...

Hi everyone

I bought a 2006 jayco jayflight 29BHS that didn't have the microwave in it. I have the metal cover but through out all the googling I have done and the part stores I have call no one can tell me what brand or model comes standard in that trailer.

Appreciate any help in the search

If you go to the Jayco website and under customer support you can look up the owner's manual and it should have the manufacturers of the components of the trailer.

Ruth Thank you for your reply. I did see in the manual that it came stock with a whirlpool unit but didn't give a model number unfortunately. I may just have to bite the bullet and cut the cover to fit a new one. I was hoping to find the original equipment to replace it with but that may not be an option

Can you post a picture?

I replaced mine with a unit from Walmart. The only thing that matters is the dimensions of the replacement should be the same as the hole it goes in and it needs to be vented properly.
