Gas works more effectively…. Get a thermometer and a fridge fan and see what the temps are.

Mine will freeze food on gas and be cool
On electric on the same setting.

Are you plugged into shore power? Have you checked the 120vac circuit breaker to the refrigerator? Has it ever worked on 120 volts? Is the refrigerator set to Auto? Have you removed the outside access cover and checked to see if the power cord is plugged into the outlet?

It’s should work equally well on either gas or electricity.

I had an issue with mine in our 2017 SLX. Worked great on gas but was never cold enough on electric. Checked voltage and the resistance on the probe. When things checked out ok I replaced the circuit board and it’s been good since then.

Our 2017 SLX works great on either. Freezer averages 3 degrees an fridge around 35 on gas or electric. I think the setting is on 3 or 4 an the side of camper the fridge is on is in the sun all day.
