Keyed Alike

I broke off a key in the lock of my pass through door by leaving the key in the lock and then opening it up. I removed the lock and took it to a dealer. They could not get the broken key out and ended up changing the tumbler. The new tumbler has a different key.

After I got back home and working more on the old tumbler, I ended up getting the broken key stub out. I would like to put it back in the lock so I have everything keyed alike again. I can't see how to get the tumbler out of the lock so that I can put the original tumbler back in. Can someone help me out with how to do that? I know that it is something we don't want to broadcast, so you can private message me if that works for you.

I have attached a couple pictures of my original tumbler and the lock I want it to go back into.

Thanks

The tumblers will come out, with a correct key installed so the tabs on them are lined up correctly.

Different key? I'm surprised. These are usually common using ch751 keys.

I think it takes a “master” key that isn’t sold to individuals. I was trying to solve a similar problem and recall reading that.
You might be able to buy a new latch/lock combination to match at RVLocksAndMore.com

you can match the key codes and get a locked keyed the same. Watch the length size, they have different length tumblers that will fit the same key so if you have different thicknesses in wood you can still key them they same.
