Led pendent table lights

We are traveling and got to our campsite for tonight opened the door to find one of the two table pendent lights broke loose at the threaded mount and swung into the other broke and glass was everywhere. It put a large gash in the table when it fell. Can I call Jayco direct or do I have to go through my out of town dealer? It is under warranty and I am thankful it wasn't the other light otherwise it could of taken out the window. I am surprised they aren't plastic.

Everything has to start at the dealer, they will write it up and order the parts from Jayco

Had the same thing happen to one light over our dining table in 321RSTS. Dealer got us one under warranty and we bought a second one just in case. I went through all the lights and made sure they were tight and check them before every trip. So far no further problems.

The dealer is filling a warranty claim. We will see what happens.

You will know everything on the new one is tight and you will keep checking the rest. Welcome to camper ownership!

I had one similar over my dining table and I replaced it with a flush mounted fixture. Anything swinging like that is a recipe for disaster.

Also had a wall mounted one that was loosening up on each trip. I used a combination of small rubber washers and loctite to make it tight and never had any more problems with it.
