Name of this tool?

Hi all,
After we left the campground, about half mile from the entrance, I found this tool laying on the road. I didn't have a place to make a U-turn and leave it on the campground in case the owner calls to claim it, so what I think to do is call the campground and give me contact information in case someones calls, then I can ship it to the owner. I have no intention on keeping it, I have my own and I can't imagine how frustrating could be missing this tool. The thing is I don't know how this tool is called so I can tell the campground what I actually found.
If any of you lost it, send me a message and if it matches the campground I was at, I will ship it to you. I'm not giving it away, I need to make sure it's the real owner.
Thanks.

It’s used to flip the WDH bar into place

It is used with the Equal-I-Zer WDH to lift the spring bars onto the brackets.

Equal-i-zer calls it a “snap-up lever” (handle & hook).

Looks the same as my Equal-i-zer one.

I would call it a "Weight Distribution Bar Engagement Tool".

x2. I just checked my Equal-i-zer owners manual and that's what they call it.

It is. Same tool for both the E2 & E4. I never have to use mine for my E2. Crank up the tongue high enough and the bar slides on easily.

I need it for one bar on my uneven driveway.

I painted my 3rd one yellow, so it doesn't blend in with the black bumper of my truck and get left there

Hopefully the CG and get the former owner and you together. Might cost a lot to shipping it

I too like to paint a lot of these type items yellow; even my wheel, tongue, and stabilizer boards are all painted yellow. Been thinking about changing them to florescent pink (contrast more with fall foliage).

Depending on which one it is, I'm finding replacements for between $27 and $109.

My brother-in-law lost his... yes, left it on the PU bumper... he now keeps two... one to use and one to lose.

Probably ought to put a lanyard on it...

I am now on my third one. I am bound and determined to never lose another one. I love the idea of painting it a different color, since it does blend in with all the other metals around my hitch. Thanks for that idea, dannyabear!

Lost equalizer bar

Hey did you happen to find that in Maine? I left one on my battery box leaving the campground around three years ago - never to be seen again 😂

Honestly I think these are lost plenty, and I would assume the owner has already bought a replacement. About $25 bucks at Walmart

“Cast iron lid”

I have one, too, that I used with my Equalizer Hitch. I think I’ve used it twice and like already stated, I just jack my tongue up far enough and I don’t need it.

HOWEVER, I now think I’m going to use it over the campfire lifting the lids off to see how well my chili is cooking!! Great idea, Thanks!

So THAT’s what it’s used for! Looking forward to using it to make this part of hitching up easier. Thanks for asking the question!

OK, lifelong motorhome guy. This is obviously an RV tool that I'm too self propelled to understand.

Whether you call it the Wooferman Hemulator, or the snap up lever, what the heck is it?
