Is the propane on? Does the tank have propane?

Tank has propane and is turned on
I guess figured with electric heater didn’t need the propane on?

Water heater plugged in or hard wired? No electricity, check fuses/breaker.
Water pressure at the faucet on hot water side?
(Pic looks like it's not in bypass.)
Water heater turned on before full of water? The heating element could have gone bad if on with no water in tank.
Heater on long enough to get the water hot?

Just some thoughts.

It’s plugged in. Thought I would try the outlet and might have found what’s wrong, or at least maybe …..none of the outlets are working at all in whole camper.
No breakers are tripped. Not really sure

Check for a GFCI outlet. Sometimes there are multiple outlets beyond the GFCI one and will all be dead until the first outlet is reset.

Check for power at the power post. If you have power there then check the main breaker on the breaker panel in the trailer. You may want to actual activate those breakers by flipping it to the off and on position. Sometimes the breaker will have tripped but only moved slightly out of place.

No go. Switched them all off then back on. There isn’t a main breaker to shut everything down. Lots of fuses too but assume outlets would be on breakers?

That looks like an "add on" electric element. Is there a switch on the back of the tank where the wiring is?

I think I may have it narrowed down to need a new element?

I think you need to see if you were getting electricity to the heater, either a volt meter or non-contact voltage tester. If voltage is at the heating element, then I would suspect the element. There is a way to test the ohms of the element with a meter, too. If it reads infinity (open), then it's bad.
