Powering my TPMS booster

2020 26XD Class C on a Ford E450 chassis with a Ford Fiesta manual trans toad. I'm checking out ways to connect my TST 507 booster to a 12 volt source. I would like to only have the booster powered up when the RV is running. I'm wondering if I could connect it to the 12 volt feed, and ground pin on the 7 pin connector. The toad has a manual trans and I use the NSA Ready Brake and my toad lighting is via the 4 flat connection. This leaves the 7 pin free. This seems like it fills my needs, but I wanted to run it by here first.
