Radio - Outside Speakers

Anyone know how to turn off the radio outside speakers? I read the radio manual but did not find the answer.

Oops, should have posted it in the tech section.

Send a message via MSN to Vicrus
If it's a Furrion there's a a/b button to switch the speakers from inside or outside or both.

Try either the fade or balance option on the radio. I think mine is fade

My iRV Technologies AM/FM/CD/DVD/MP3/MP4 unit has three separate on/off buttons that each controls a different speaker zone.

The radio is a Soundstream Model: VM-21B

Never heard of this brand... maybe Jayco likes it.

Mine has a switch in the bedroom to turn the outside speakers on/off. Not sure why they put the switch where it is.

I know I'm late to the conversation, but here is the solution for anyone with the same question. Press the volume knob until the display shows "Fade", with the number 0 showing, the audio will be split between the inside speakers and the outside speakers. If you turn the knob to the right, the 0 will change to F1-F7 (F=front/inside) and the audio will be in the trailer. Turn the knob to the left and the 0 will change to R1-R7 (R=rear/outside) and the audio will come thru the outside speakers.

Go here: https://soundstream.com/product/vm-21b/
scroll down the page and where you see support, click on it. voila, there's an owners manual free to download.
