Right place, right time

I was at Sears last purchasing a television for the TT, 24" Magnovox for $149 slim LED on clearance. While for the DW and kids, I strolled over to the tools section to get some extra tools for the TT toolbox, and was planning another small analog multimeter. And, then I discovered they had an $85 digital multimeter on sale for $18. I couldn't believe my luck, granted it is not a Fluke, as this was the perfect MM for the TT.

I am also discovering all the "gotchas" start to add up to just to be ready for the first outing.

That turned out to be a good trip to the Sears store for you.....as you said, right place, right time.

Even better that it had the IR temperature reading as well, which will make monitoring the heat of the tires easier.

I'm still in the process of replacing the tools from our stolen TT. Camping without a full tool kit is a lot like leaving the house without pants - you can do it, but it just don't feel right.
