Slide brace

I have a 2012 Jayco BHS28 that needs to use a slide brace when traveling. Has anyone found a better system than the twist bar that came with the trailer?
I was hoping for some sort of inflatable solution.

I would not use inflatables. I have made them with 2 x 2's and cut to length and wedged them in to get home once but the screw types were the best on another rig.

I carry a set now made of 3/4 sched. 40 PVC just in case.
