Toad lighting question

I left Fl with my 2019 jayco 29XK and my Jeep in tow. By the time I got to NY the lights on the Jeep no longer worked while hooked to the RV. I’m thinking (hoping) it’s just a fuse? Does anyone know where the fuse would be located? I think I found the fuse box in the bedroom but thought I’d ask b4 I start tinkering. TIA

If it's the lights on your Redhawk check the manual for location.. Could be under hood or under dash.

The fuses in the panel under your bed are likely for the "house" 12V items only. The trailer lights are going to likely be in the panel under the hood, but there is also a panel under the driver's side dash behind a little cover.

A "map" of the fuses can be found in your chassis owner's manual, or online pretty easily.

How is your toad wired?

Reason I ask is there's usually a reason a fuse blows, and nothing says simply replacing the fuse will solve the root problem.

Check for power where you plug the Jeep into first. This will let you know if problem is up stream or down stream of the plug. On our 2018 Greyhawk DS the fuses are in the main fuse box under the hood.

What lights didn't work? If nothing worked (brake lights and taillights) there could be a ground issue. The fuse box will have multiple fuses and relays for the 7 pin and it is highly unusual for all of them to blow at the same time unless you force connected the umbilical upside down.

First thing to try would be to run a temporary ground lead from the motorhome to the TOAD and see if the lights work. If not then start looking at fuses.

Not sure how the toad is wired. It was done at a shop.

The whole Jeep is down. No blinkers, no brake lights, no running lights, no brake assist when it’s hooked to the RV
