Warranty Brakes

My warranty expired August 2017 still have a laundry list of items not repaired.Besides that Lippert approved replacing 4 backing plates, entire braking system.Little Dealer in Phoenix has me in August 31 for other warranty. They refuse to do backing plates! Its like I have said before these dealers pick and choose what warranty they want to do! 2 year warranty hog wash just like Jayco!I know some will say call Jayco we don't think they really give a crap brakes, who cares.

Since Lippert has approved the brake warranty repair, have you considered checking with them for an alternative RV repair business for that?

Your dealer is stupid for three reasons:

1) It's much easier to install complete backing plates than an assortment of individual parts.

2) By refusing to do what Jayco authorized, your dealer must assume complete responsibility for any accident that might be been caused by braking issues.

3) With a dealer like that, I'd go elsewhere permanently. They obviously do not have your best interest in mind. Even when they get paid to do so!
