Water coming out of overflow valve under sink ('20 Jayco North Point 377R)

I have water coming out of the "overflow pipe" just under the sink in the kitchen (the pipe is behind an enclosed thin piece of decorative wood panel). I ran a "snake" cable in the pipe to look for clogs, and found nothing. I released some Grey water from the Kitchen Grey tank, and we have not used the kitchen sink at all as we wait for the septic service to drain the tanks; however, we did use the bathroom water which I figured was going to the 2nd grey tank, but now water is coming out again from under the kitchen sink??!! I thought the two grey tanks were separate? I would not expect water to come out again from the Kitchen plumbing if I'm only using the bathroom plumbing?? Any ideas? They come tomorrow to drain both Grey Tanks, so I'll know if it clears up when that is done.
Thanks,
Burntgarlic

Your second tank is probably for the washer. The spec shows one 50 and one 37

Welcome Aboard!

Sounds like a full tank. I had not not thought about it on a 5ver. But on a TT, where everything is on the same level, and when you only have a single grey tank. When you overfill the grey water tank it backs up into the shower pan. But on a 2 level fiver, the low point would be your Air Admittance Vent under your kitchen sink.

Nothing a snake can fix, just need to drain some water.

Maybe worth contacting Jayco (have your vin number handy) to ask for the waste piping schematic, that will let you know exactly what drains to which tank.

Great input Jagiven! I didn't think about the two tiers of the camper... I really like the idea of asking for the piping schematic (the user manual has much to be desired)!
Thx again!

Yes, there are two-floor levels in a 5er but the tanks a both at the same lower level. Some RV's have a cross-connect between the two gray tanks. My 2001 Wildcat did. See if your gally tank has a separate gate valve.

Thx Cavie... Quick question, what is a "gate valve?" What might that look like? Do you have a web link you can send me that could show it?
Thx

It is the 4" square valve with the T-handle you pull to dump. You can buy them without the 3" pipe fittings. 4 bolts. slide the old one out and the new one in.
