Wheel skirt

The wheel skirt on one side of the trailer is bending in the centre so it is between the wheels. Any ideas on how to pull it back out.

My camper has a piece of galvanized strapping going at a 45 angle from the bottom of the fender skirt to the floor of the trailer

Either get a new one or get a piece of thin strut and mount it.
