Welcome to the forum. Sounds like you’ve done the right thing by taking it back to the dealer and calling Jayco. If dealer fails to fix it after this second try, I’d take it somewhere else. If it really is leaking that bad, I’d probably arrange to take it back to the factory for repair... Any pics?

Welcome to the forum.

Sounds like a roof caulking issue from your description. Did you happen to take before and after photos of the roof? Did the dealer say what they did to 'fix' it?

Do you know when the unit was built to know long has it been leaking? The dealer or Jayco should check it for water damage in the walls and the floor.

If that dealer can't locate the source of the leaks they need to have a pressure test done, that will find all leaks.

Sorry about all the problems. Thanks for posting and keep us updated. Maybe just maybe one day Jayco will take notice.

If indeed it is "leaking on every wall" you have major issues that need to be addressed ASAP.

thank you all so much. I do not think the authorized dealer repair can fix this huge problem. I think its too big and it did sit all last winter before i bought it too. I really want another one but , I'm sure that wont happen. Well its going back tomorrow to the dealer. I just hope they concur. By the way most of the running lights and brake lights were filled with water last wkend. thanks for listening!

Obviously the dealer didn't go over it before the sale. There is no way it wasn't leaking while on their lot if the lights are full too. And after 6 months they were responsible to check and re-seal the roof.

I would have to agree that if it's leaking on every wall it is a significant issue and even if they fix the leaks I would be concerned about the water that has already intruded into the RV. What guarantee do you have that all of that water has been thoroughly removed and won't result in mold and rot down the road.

Document everything (work done, photos, video, dates/times you've called, any e-mail exchange) and prepare yourself to push hard for getting the FW replaced.

Something is odd.. lights full of water and walls leaking don't necessarily mean it's the same leak. Lights are mostly sealed and I doubt water intruding in the walls would fill all the lights? Do you have any pictures of the filled lights and wet walls? Your wall leak could be coming from one leak and following the ceiling and showing up in odd places. Have YOU contacted Jayco direct? May want to see if you can take it to the factory for inspection and repair. Good Luck.

While I was getting repair work done on my new 315rlts, there was a Jayco TT, I don't remember the model, where the entire side came off. Bet I know where the leaks came from. I was impressed with the tech who had it back together within a few days.

Yuck! Some times things happy. I would contact Jayco directly we with your vin number. Have a list of issues. Verify your dealer has contacted them, about authorized repairs. Also discuss the option to have a factory repair completed.

Good luck, keep us posted

dustyd, have you climbed on the roof and personally checked seals, the roof membrane, etc?

Now the dealer says there is no water leak, after the test. That's just great. They said it's condensation. Disgusted.....
