Furnace not Staying on

On my Jayco 2019 Jay Flight 32’ I think Rocky Mountain
The furnace kicks on and then shuts off after a few seconds.

We have located the furnace under a cabinet in the trailer when we removed the panel where the furnace is the whole thing is covered with a metal box. We don’t see a external access to the furnace. Do i have to take the case off the access it?
We think it might be the relay is dirty.

It sounds like a sail switch. This is a switch that confirms the blower is working. It is a common failure item on an rv furnace.

As for access usually the furnaces are a pain to access. It might have to be removed from its hiding place. Sometimes you can access the sail switch with the furnace in place.

What furnace do you have? Do you have the manual?

Mine did this on the first start up when it was brand new. I could never keep it running and had to replace the sail switch like Jagiven said. It wasn't to hard to get to from the outside after I removed the cover. The original one was brand new but just wouldn't work and when I replaced it with another I have had not issues since.
