Having trouble with my self-leveling on my 2016 jayco North point

Hello everyone new to The forum, I have a 2016 jayco North point and when I go to use the self leveling it keeps showing the error code for the right middle leg, when I check it for power there is no power the only way I can get the leg to go up and down is to get a 12 volt battery source, does anyone know how I can clear this code (RM leg error) or what might be wrong. It worked just fine when I put the RV in only when I moved it that I found out that this leg would not go up or down. please help

Did you check the fuse on the control board?
Swap the wires on the board with the other middle and see if it works.

Had this happen on my 5th wheel. The fuse had fallen out.
