Hello from Tennessee
Hello all. I have decided to join the Jayco family. I just put a deposit down and pulled the trigger on a 2019 Jayco Jay Flight 27bh. It's my fourth trailer but my first travel trailer, and my first Jayco, unless you count the Starcraft hybrid. I have had two popups and a hybrid.
A little bit about me. I work for Yoshi Incorporated, a company that tops off your gas tank every week. I am divorced but dating a beautiful Peruvian woman I met at church. She has a daughter and I have two daughters, 9 years and 12 years old.
My tow vehicle is a 2002 GMC Sierra 2500 HD 4X4 with an 8.1 liter gasser. I've had it about a year-and-a-half towing other trailers but I'm excited to put this Beast to the test.
I was lucky enough to find a pro Pride hitch here in town at a good price. I have wanted one for over 10 years. It will be an interesting experience because I had pretty good luck with the equalizer 4-point anti-sway hitch. I say it will be interesting because I'm not coming from a bad experience like many that purchase one.
I can't wait to pull into a campground and have my bed already set up without having to make it up and break it down every time we set up camp and break camp.
Oh yeah one more thing. I've been on a bunch of camping forums for the past 20 years. You may know me as brainpause.
