New 5th wheel owners

Just purchased a 5er (2020 Pinnacle 36FBTS) after 4 years with a 35’ pull behind. Looking forward to learning, picking your brains and our 1st shakedown trip.

Welcome to the Forum from Western New York State!

Practice backing it up, like you're putting it into a camping site, before you head out on the shakedown. They do react differently than a TT. Not badly, just different.

We are new to 5ers as well! Had a 36' TT but got an Eagle 355MBQS in place of it. We're going on our second trip soon. We went on a 1st "test" trip a couple weeks ago and all went well at the time. This time, it'll be much colder, so interested to see how well it does.
