New member to this forum but not to camping

Needed to introduce myself on this forum so here goes ...
Me and my family have been avid rv enthusiast for many years. I have told many of my co-workers and friends that if you asked any of our 4 kids (adults now, all married except our youngest in his senior year in college) any of their most fondest childhood memories I know each one would have some kind of a camping story.
We just purchased our 2018 Highlander 350H last month. I have read online that Jayco purchased the Highland Ridge RV line from Open Road on 2014 so I thought the Jayco RV forum was the most appropriate and that the Open Road forum isn't near as populated and informative as this one is (Thank you ..!).

Camp near Trinity TX, mostly on weekends. We live in Houston and purchased our 2008 Jayco 3 years ago. I'm retired but my wife still works.
