New X17Z towed by Nissan X-Terra

Greetings from Vancouver BC. I just picked up my brand new X17Z and towed it from Edmonton to Vancouver. I was worried about this tough trek over the mountains. The X17Z was a dream to pull and my 2006 Xterra towed it without any issues.
If there are folks out there looking at buying a hybrid to tow behind a mid sized SUV. Go for it. I can't wait to get out and try my new home on wheels out.
This forum has been a great help in my decision to buy a Jayco.

Thanks to all who post.

Welcome to JOF. We also just purchased a new x17z and tow it with a Honda Pilot. We just came back from a 3.5 week trip from NJ to Colorado/Utah, the Pilot did fantastic towing through the Colorado mountain passes. And the camper is so comfortable, big improvement over the popup that we had for years. Enjoy your new toy, let us know how the maiden voyage goes
