Newbie
Hello everyone. My name is Paul and I am getting ready to purchase my first Class A this weekend. It’s a 2018 Jayco Alante 31R from Orlando RV. Excited. Any tips or pointers anyone can offer on the walk through I have before signing. I did a quick walk through on the unit before we decide to buy. Found several cosmetic things. Dealer is supposed to be addressing those before we arrive this weekend.
Also I have decided to buy a TPMS and selected a Pressure Pro. Also I have gotten a quote on a Safe-T-Plus installation. Thinking about getting it installed as well.
Thanks and I appreciate any input.

Welcome from Wisconsin. Go under the Library tab above and download a PDI checklist to take with you.

Welcome from Alabama Paul.
Make a morning appointment for the PDI. Don't be embarrassed to be an A-hole. Don't be ashamed to say I can come back after you have it fixed. You will be overwhelmed. It's a lot easier to get things fixed now. It's a lot of trouble to have to bring it back.

Thanks. Definitely plan to tell them no if it’s is not done. I have a list I gave them already and I am sure I will find other things as well when we walk it.

The list you gave them is the cosmetic things you spotted on your quick walk through, right? Do yourself a favor and don't just 'walk it' next time. Do a thorough Pre Delivery Inspection ( PDI) to be sure the unseen stuff works as designed.
If you read through the postings on this site, you'll the folks that are most unhappy with their unit are the ones that didn't try EVERYTHING and find out later that stuff doesn't work - whether it's a radio, a missing remote control, a water leak, leveling system, or ... - you get the idea.

Yes. It was just what I could see.
I will print the list under the library tab and take it with me. Thanks for the tip.
I plan on opening everything, turning on everything, and making sure it all operates.

What he said x2!!!!
If you come across anything that is not operating do not take ownership until the ALL the things wrong are corrected. Then sign on the dotted line... PDI goes first
