Second Jayco in less than a year

We purchased the Jayco 195 Baja TT last September. Took me awhile to talk my wife into this, she said, "we have a tent if you want to go camping" I said I am too old to sleep on the ground, I did plenty of that when younger. We both fell in love with the life style, learned a lot with the small trailer. Decided a few weeks ago to get a 5th wheel. The 24.5 Eagle HT is the floor plan we wanted, but it is discontinued for 2020. Jayco sent us an email with all the 24.5 in the west. The Big Sky RV in Boseman, Mt had just the one for us so off we went over the July 4th holiday to pick up and drive home. After driving almost 1000 miles towing it I feel comfortable with it, except for backing up, it is a bit differant than a bumper pull. We are currently camping close to home on the Yuba River in N. California for 3 days. Feels like living in a mansion compared to the trailer. Love, love love this life and are excited to go full time in a couple years.

Congratulations on the 'upgrade' to a 5th wheel and to your wife for discovering that that she loves RVing.
