It hit $3.49 here today as well. Predict it will be 5 bucks by Christmas. Don't see prices coming down for a very long time.

We hit $3.49 a couple of weeks back. The truck gets 93 octane so add another .40 a gallon to that. So happy to be retired from that drive. I do remember back when 89 octane was over $4, and commuting 50 miles a day to and from work in the Tundra. The fuel bill was like another mortgage payment.

Did you notice I upgraded to a 2017 Tundra? It was a 3 year lease return with only 34k miles, a 5 year/100k mile Toyota warranty. Rides and tows like dream.

I hadn't noticed that, but congratulations! I loved our Tundras, and would have another one in the garage except our dealer was selling out to a gargantuan dealer, with 22 franchises, and wasn't willing to deal or negotiate at all this time, after buying three vehicles from them. We were bummed out at the way they tried to steal our trade, and make a killing on the interest rate. Hence the Ford.
