I’ll find out tomorrow when we head out for the coast. Spending the week in Monterey. It will be a nice break from the smoke.

I installed them ~32” ahead of the axles.

I am just saying hi because I have been thinking about another set of jacks on our TT. Please let us know if they make a difference.

Installed Agile Off-road Fox shocks made for Sprinter chassis class c RV’s to help with the rocking at slow speeds and overall better handling. Ran out of time to test them today properly but have a couple hour drive planned for Monday.

Leveled, bought and hooked up adapters to connect to 110 here at the house. Opened the slides, opened every drawer, examined every nook and cranny (again). Hooked TV to stereo system to have surround sound. Found and fixed a problem that should have most likely been returned to the dealer to fix under warranty but the 2.5 hour round-trip traveling just didn't seem worth it to me for a fix that took me 10 minutes. Read through most of the manuals. Oh the joys of new trailer ownership! Ready to take her camping!

It's 28 degrees in Missouri now, I think we need to head south! Been to Florida a couple times doing the usual amusement park stuff with the kids, the last time was in 2000!

Bought a 30.5 MBOK, stayed overnight in the dealers lot in Indiana looking for issues then towed it 550+ miles home. So far so good. Been yard camping since I got it home.

The mid-ship stabilizers definitely made a difference! Our trailer is pretty long at 38 feet. I can say that it took quite a bit of the shake out. It's not rock solid, especially in the bunk house. I think something like JT strong arms would make it perfect –*but its a vast improvement. The trailer feels much more solid when stepping into it. And when my two kids and two dogs run around inside there's noticeably less movement.

Performed maintenance on the Onan 5500, changed the oil and filter, checked the air filter which was replaced 50 hours ago. Test ran it for an hour under load. All is good.

Then.....

While relaxing with a cup of coffee I heard I heard a noise which turned out to be the cooling fan on my power converter, PD 9280. It looks like a 80mm computer cooling fan, but has to be 12v and no one locally has one. And my luck, Progressive Dynamics is closed this entire week for Thanksgiving, sooooo I'll order one this coming monday. $5.99 is cheap enough. I did remove the noisy fan and cleaned it, but it was still sounding a little like someone was standing on a cat's tail. I left the the access to the unit open in the basement so it would stay cool and the fan not running. So far so good until I get the new one.

Towed it to the dealer today for maintenance. After having it winterized a few weeks ago by the dealer, the temperature fell to 12 degrees for a couple of nights. A day after the cold temperatures, I noticed a puddle of anti-freeze on the concrete. The leak was coming from the area where the black tank is located. Dealer called and said they found a small crack in the black tank. Probably was that way from the factory they said. Will pick it up after Thanksgiving.

I made several trips to the camper out back to retrieve baking pans and a Frisbee for Thanksgiving.

I hope we don'have to eat the Frisbee.

Down on the farm in LA (Lower Alabama) for the Thanksgiving weekend.
Got a picture of two eagles looking over the North Point.

Reinforced under the bed/separated the pass thru from under the bed storage area. Modified a towel rack to hang on the rear ladder by the outdoor shower. Happy Thanksgiving!
