What is going on with your furnace?

Jacked it up and rotated the tires 1/2 turn and topped off the TP to 50 psi. Checked for mice inside and all is good.

Brought it back home after a weekend of camping and parked it back beside the house. Felt good to get it out and enjoy unseasonably good weather. The DW pulled it back home and I enjoyed the view of the countryside.

Ran the slide out if before the heavy snows start and put in some moisture absorbing packages. Not much, but was just wishing for camping season already.

Tunce, I assume you rotate to keep from getting flat spots? How often do you do that? Thanks!

I rotate about every 45-60 days and the tires loose about 1 pound of air a month. This was my first rotate from the end of Oct. my next rotate shall be1/4 turn and then another 1/2 to complete the full circle.

So, if I were to hitch up and pull the rig forward a foot or two to rotate the tires a quarter or half a turn, would that essentially serve the same purpose? Still learning here!

Yes it would and chalk one tire then you'll see just how far you'll need to pull up each time. I don't chalk the tire but all my valve stems are in the same position either 12-3-6 or 9 .

Turned on the fridge and getting ready for a 5 day trip to James Island County Park.

We always spend the last of the current year camping and come home on New Years day.

Got the $7 TX State Inspection completed this morning on the 377. Funny part is the keys to the TV & RV were in my pocket the whole time! 10 mins later they come in and tell me I'm all set...that'll be $7! ?????

Picked up my rig at the dealer where it has been for a couple of small warranty fixes/checks. Should have taken an hour at most. After making an appointment more than a month out, they still had not touched it after having it for over two weeks. I called and told them I was coming to get it and would just do the fixes myself. They did adjust and retorque my Andersen hitch on the spot, so I’m happy.

Octane 161 toyhauler only has a small medicine cabinet in bathroom with no other storage. Built a small set of shelves for towels waste basket etc.

Dealers have master keys that enables them to unlock the doors. If the deadbolt is locked they can't get in.

Wasn’t at dealership...it was a Firestone. State inspection requires them to check that all lights on RV work. As I said, there’s no way they checked, as I had the TV keys in my pocket the whole time.

Brought it home from storage, plugged in to top off battery and cool down fridge, flushed out water heater, filled fresh tank, checked tire air pressure, checked voltage in chassis battery (not as bad as I'd feared), poked around to find information for my next project/mod, ordered generator air filter (to be delivered at my destination so I can install it when I get there). I did a few other odds & ends, but since I didn't start any of that until 8:30 last night, I ran out of "awake" time.

Ordered new coaxial cable (mine broke last time out and I discovered what a POS it was), ordered a new stinky slinky (I finally started getting a few pin-hole type leaks after 5 years of hard service, time for a new one!), ordered some 3m VHB double-sided tape and some magnetic cargo door latches. Add that to the stuff I've accumulated over the last couple months that I still need to install, and it's not looking like a terribly relaxing bit of time off!! I'm in no hurry anyway, so it'll get done when it gets done...

Will continue getting packed up and ready tonight and see what else I can find that needs fixing... Oh yeah, and I need to run the furnace. Still never did that since we bought this rig. I hope it's cool enough tonight not to cook me when I do that!!
