Pulled it out of storage yesterday, to empty its contents today, to bring it to the dealer I traded it into tomorrow, and then wait for the new one!

Worried about it parked under a dead broken tree at the CG 150 miles from home. Makes me nervous with it so far from home and no way to check to see if anything is happening to it.

Can't wait to visit mine again. It's out back in the barn and it's just been too cold for me. I did check on it a few weeks ago for any signs of mice habitation and moisture. No to both, so far.

I looked at it covered in the driveway and wished I was camping in it. Soon spring will be here.

We had a 62 degree day here in Delaware yesterday and I took the cover off and ran my x23b through inspection, got the cover back on before it started to rain. Today it is back to 37. It was a great chance to get it done when we had a 1 day warm snap.

When I got home from work, I placed this on the rear of the Toy Hauler.

I didn't realize how much "stuff" I had on board. I felt like I was moving again taking everything off. Now I get to look at all that "stuff" boxed up until the new TT arrives. Get to tow the x23J 1 more time back to the dealer.

I am half way through my 60 minute monthly generator run. I have two electric heaters and my washer/dryer running to keep a load on the generator. I just finished making a cup of coffee so a little more load on the gen. All is well. It fired right up instantly like it always does. I keep stabilizer in the fuel as well.

I hitched it to my truck, finished loading the groceries and leaving in a few minutes.

Had a tech fix a propane leak- The secondary regulator on the off side was leaking so it was replaced- All is good now- I had previously purchased a replacement regulator because I was aware of the propensativity of the failure of this part- It was a lenghty discussion on another venue- Sure am glad I was aware of this possibility- I hope others can learn from my experience- JMHO- DD

I replaced the dinette table top, ( it was damaged on one corner). And I replaced the freezer door, it had a blemish on it like a screw head was coming through. The Jayco dealer said it was "trash" (whatever that means), that was causing the bump on the door.

I removed the floor vent grates for cleaning and taping to improve airflow. Hooked up the small television and dvd to test (first time). And removed AC cover to clean filter. Hopefully gonna take her out on the maiden voyage next weekend if the weather will cooperate.

Moved to a new campground - a long drive - all of 40 miles to Fort Pierce Fl. Topped up battery water. Installed swivel aerorator on kitchen tap. Install bar on screen door. Got new foam in dinette cushions. The original foam was very soft. It is much better now.

Reinstalled floor vent grates and AC filter, and pretty much talked myself into a new DVD player and flat screen tv. Now to find one...

I had my external propane tank filled, 89.2 gallons. This is the first refill of the season and will take me through the rest of this winter and well into next fall. The tank will sit here at my home base all summer by it's lonesome since my 5'er and I will be hosting in Florida.
