Just contact Jayco and ask them for the spring. They might make you buy them through the dealer

Let us know how you make out, why ,etc.
Ours isn't heavy really, just is for us. I made some supports and we use it as a patio and I have to umph it up. And not sure if another spring will make it "float" or make it tougher to pull DOWN.
