Smile Dealer satisfaction

I read a lot of negative posts the people have had with dealers. I would like to share my positive experience.
Explore USA RV Supercenter in Boerne, TX and our salesman Chris Cavanagh and service manager Juan made this a truly enjoyable purchase.
From selection, to ordering, to keeping us informed of the build status, to delivery and financing, it was truly a top notch process.
We were worried as we’ve read others experiences, however we didn’t have any of that. We had some minor discrepancies found during our walk-through, however all were promptly fixed.
I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

On a side note, we did visit 3 other dealers before selecting Explore USA In Boerne. They made us feel appreciated and listened to any concerns we had. This is what a dealership should be like!! Thank you Explore USA Boerne!!
FYI - they even stored the RV for us during the big freeze of Texas!

Congratulations and Welcome to the Jayco family..

Really the Congrats are aimed towards you finding a dealership that you can trust... that seems to be a hit-miss for us!
