F53 V10 steering wheel upgrade

Has anyone discovered an aftermarket replacement/upgrade steering wheel for the F53 V10? Leather or leather with wood accents?
The stock wheel is so plain and not the most comfortable on the hands

I found some really good steering wheel covers at the local auto parts store. Can't remember which one but I love my upgraded cover on my 19 year old truck. Made the steering wheel feel beefier and looks prettier.

The steering wheel as well as the cruise control set-up on it that my 2020 Jayco 31UL has is identical to what I had on a 2012 Winnebago V10 E450 class C.
Cheapest they could get from Ford, I imagine.

Hard to believe that a new, top ? of the line unit would not use a more technologically, ergonomically, aesthetically advanced steering wheel.
Or, at least be available as an option.

Stereo controls as well as phone would be nice also.
My 2015 Ford Edge seemed to incorporate those functions on the wheel without an issue.
But including all that might require an updated, more functional dash also ?
A lot to ask I guess ?

I think about replacing the steering wheel every 8 hour drive.

If anyone tackles this, I’ll be taking notes and jumping on board.

My last two Tundras, and the DWs Rav4 got leather stitch-on covers from Wheelskins. First class products, pricy but worth it.

I couldn't agree more! Would love to replace with the new steering wheel being used now, much more ergonomic.

Does anyone know if it would be a direct replacement?

I dig those. Need to figure out the dimensions. That could help significantly. Might be an option, but….

I would still like to replace the whole thing. Need to dig around this winter to see if I can find one of the new Ford wheels to purchase. It shouldn’t be out of the question to replace it especially since there is no air bag.

I put a steering wheel cover on my 3/4 ton truck, from one of the local auto parts stores. I love it. Love the bulkier feel.
