Front Grill on Jayco Alante 31v

The front grill on my 2020 alante 31v will not stay on vehicle. dealer has tried 4 times to secure it, but it continues to come loose. I have reverted to using bungee cords wrapped around it to ensure it stays on during trips. Any suggestions?

Pictures would help if able....are you referring to the mesh or a body grill?

First pic show it held on with straps, 2nd pic shows without grill at all. seems they are unable to secure it

The grill is held on by stainless pan head screws going into aluminum tabs along the top and bottom. If the tabs are there it’s pretty easy to install and not worth taking to the dealer. If the tabs are not there, than the dealer needs to glass some new tabs in…
