Grate below refrigerator

We have an Alante 29f and the grate below the refrigerator is plastic. We have kids and it seems they can’t go to the fridge without kicking it and it breaks real easy. Does anyone if there is a wooden or metal one made for it.

My grates were made of some kind of fake wood that also had issues with the slats breaking off easily. The size is unique and I could not find a suitable replacement with metal louvers. Instead, I purchased from Home Depot an M-D Building Products aluminum sheet with punched out decorative holes. I painted it with bronze metallic paint and used #10 pan head wood screws to attach it.
