Overhead Bunk

I am having to take my 2016 31UL in to have the overhead bunk fixed for a second time. The problem is when I lower the bed after being on the road, the passenger side (closest to dinette) gets caught up and will not lower. Anyone else with a Precept and overhead bunk experienced problems? This bed unit has not been slept in yet and it still seems real unstable to us. Guide rails not all that sturdy or reinforced. Anyone slept up there?

We have a '16 31UL with overhead bunk and it's been slept in several times with no major issues. The one thing we had to do was carefully unscrew and slightly move the side guide rails and put wall anchors in the screw holes so they would hold better. Other than that we've really enjoyed having/using it.
