UN. in Buffalo -- we sat in that coach and pondered whether to order the new S as they are close in design . You are getting a nice coach.

We had a fantastic leisurely trip from Buffalo to Cherry Hill, NJ! The coach road and drove above my expectations. Going to head back to Albany RV for a couple of minor issues and an upgrade. Since we purchased this back about 7 weeks ago, I noticed that they changed the bedroom door from an accordion door to a slider, Well the slider would make this the perfect coach for us. So I contacted Jayco, and after some research on their part, it was determined that I can purchase the new sliding door and have it installed into my 2015 35UN. So the door is due in any day now at Albany RV, when it gets here I will bring the coach up and have the new door installed! As a side note, the exterior of my 35UN states it's a 36UN, I found that interesting. We are extremely pleased with our new Precept. looking forward to quality family time for many years to come!

Thumbs up

nma33 just saying there is a Jayco dealer in Cogan Station PA. , just outside of Willamsport PA., that is outstanding. I have received excellent service from them in the past two years. It is an old family run business, and only about half the distance to go. Good luck, that is a nice unit. Also, welcome.

RV One had a price that was simply outstanding, I didn't see another 35UN within $13,000 of what I paid. That was comparing apples to apples. So from a sales point of view I was very pleased with RV One, I will withhold judgment on the service until the new door and a few minor issues are dealt with. During delivery I found corroded battery terminals, They replaced the battery and sanded the terminals clean, There were a few minor cosmetic issues that were dealt with very well.

I had ordered a sliding door for the bedroom to replace the accordion door, It should have been (long story) the service advisor I was dealing with did a terrible job, He lost his job before I got to Buffalo, So my door will be installed in Albany. The living room slide room right side molding had some water damage at the bottom on the inside of the coach, there was no water damage on the frame or anywhere else on the slide room, So Albany will also replace the slide molding behind the drivers seat. So with all that said, we will see how they handle this and I will report back as to the outcome.

We love the 35UN, when the new door will be installed the coach will be a perfect fit for us.
