Are you referring to the driver’s and passengers power seats? If so, then if you swiveled them around it has happened many times where the plug in the wire assembly under the seat has been pulled out. Check there first. Then start searching for a fuse if that isn’t your issue.
If you are referring to reclining seats in the living area then as previously mentioned look for a loose connection or a fuse.
If both quit working at the same time then it’s likely to be something common. If you aren’t able to find it yourself then you may have to contact your dealer. If you go anywhere else for help you need to get prior authorization from Jayco or else you will be footing the bill for something that should be covered under warranty.
