Angry Precept Ford Chassis

I have a 2019 36B Precept with 7755 miles on it and someone says it looks like the tires are out of line. So I bring it in and they put it up on the rack and **** a brick when they see what was wrong. Both front tires in shreds, King pins both sides along with bearings broken and tie rod bent. In their expert opinion Ford did not grease the front end when coming off the production line. I was told I maybe had 1000 miles before the tires totally shredded and the wheels came off. And we were planning on a 3000 mile trip across the country in 8 days.
$4600 total. And since I broke down I needed to get it fixed ASAP, we could not find Ford king pins right away. So the dealer put in better ones. Since I am covered bumper to bumper 3 year 36000 miles, Ford might not pay me back since I used non Ford parts to get back on the road.

They'll pay a reasonable claim for non-Ford parts if genuine parts couldn't be found. I needed a transmission for a customers truck under a service part warranty and couldn't find a Ford tranny anywhere. They were backlogged and waiting for dirty cores to become available for rebuilding. Got a call back from our rep and they authorized a non-Ford transmission to be used. Jasper to be exact. So yea, if the parts weren't available and you needed to get your vehicle back on the road...they should pay the claim under warranty. Most of the time they require proof of unavailability from the dealer your shop was attempting to get the parts from.
