Radio not working.

I have 16 31ul, with Jensen JRV215n. I can't get the radio to work. Sound comes out of the navigation and cd player. Turn to fm no radio. I looked at the back of the radio antenna was hooked up no loose wires. Has anyone else have this problem.I noticed that when it was on it was very warm. Too warm to touch very long.

There is a reset that takes a paper clip on left side of radio try that!!!
