Changing out my refrigerator

I had a 12 CF refrigerator in my 2014 premier. I leave my camper on a seasonal site 6 months out of the year. My dealer(Cenla camping in Alexandria, La.) bought my old refrigerator for $1500 and removed it from the camper. I was very happy with that! Installing the new one wasn't that bad but running the wires from the invertor to the refrigerator was a real chore. I have used it now a few times and all looks well.

I had to do the same thing with my refer. IMHO those Norcold refers are a piece of crap. My cooling unit took a crap and I called to see how much to fix it and they wanted $600.

THAT'S ********!!!

So I measured the refer box and bought a regular Black Frigidaire house type refer
from home depot for $400. Gotta love it!!!! I got free delivery and they took that old crappy Norcold refer with them!! YA BABY!!!

BTW you new refer looks cool!

Thanks, I'm very pleased with the results. I'm camping now in 90+ degree weather. luckily we're in a shady site.
