Thumbs up FINALLY!!!!...a cover for my 20# Propane Tank.....

You can laugh - and that's OK.....but we all have our "buttons". Mine was seeing an ugly multi-colored "Charcoal Grill" 20# propane tank on the front of my rig where all the other gear was black-n-tidy......

I found a guy who does Custom Tailoring for RVs....he was offering covers for 30# tanks in white....I talked him into doing a cover for a 20# tank in black. He uses Sunbrella Fabric - the price was reasonable.....and I'm a happy camper.....

Sunbrella is some good stuff, had a cover made out of it for my boat not long after I bought it. Looking pretty nice I must say.

Mike;

The website is still up and he has the several ebay auctions running for same. The price went up a little since I got mine....but I'd do it again and again. Nice gentlemen...excellent work

Black is not the color you want on a propane tank in the sun. It's going to pop off on overpressure caused by too much heat.

Perhaps....if the temperature is over 120 degrees and the tank is overfilled.

Looks just like mine that I got from Ebay (probably the same seller) except that mine is tan colored. He was excellent to deal with.
