Question - Adding Water Pump Switch

I want to add a water pump switch to my bathroom. It gets really frustrating to have to open the front door of our trailer just to turn on the pump before using the bathroom while we are traveling (I have a door for our bathroom).

Does anyone have a wiring diagram for adding a switch to the pump? I am planning on running straight to the pump as the pipes already run from it to the bathroom. I would like to have the same switch that lights up like the one up front. My wish would be that if we turn the pump on from either switch that both switches would light up, but that is not a requirement. Just having the functionality is the requirement.

I made the assumption that I could just wire another switch to the pump like the first switch is wired - I am nearly positive that won't turn on both lights on the switches. I was wondering if I should wire both switches up to a relay somehow - I am not positive that would turn on the lights on both switches either.

All you need to do is run the hot wire from the new switch to the positive side of the pump, the other switch should light when you turn the new one on. No relay needed, JAYCO doesn't use one.
